With over 15 years coaching experience, Ben understands the balance between training, work, and family. Making the most of the time you have and using it effectively.

Ben can help you achieve your goals whether that’s improving your overall health, mobility and strength or if you have athletic performance and event-based ambitions.

Ben has completed his NZIHF Fitness Leader Certificate Level 4 and NZIHF Applied Personal Training Diploma Level 5 Courses at the New Zealand Institute of Health and Fitness, as well as many specialist workshops and courses.

With a wealth of experience coaching many sports including swimming, running and triathlon programs, along with strength and conditioning programs for a variety of athletes and clients, let Ben help you love what you do and reach your goals.
