My fitness journey started unintentionally with calisthenics. When I first began my training, I was doing it for fun with no specific goals in mind. I started to see why exercising is very crucial to everyday life and how much it has positively impacted my body physically and emotionally. Since then, it has bettered my life completely in many ways.
This is why I want to help people get into fitness, exercise, and movement. At the same time, I want them to enjoy themselves, have fun, improve their quality of life, and help people reach their fitness goals.
