About Avril

With over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer, I genuinely love what I do! One of the best parts of my job is meeting people from all walks of life and helping them grow not only physically but in confidence too. Feeling strong, capable, and happy within yourself is just as important as your fitness level. 

I work with a wide range of clients of all ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds; from complete beginners to experienced gym-goers and athletes. I have experience in sports-specific training, rehabilitation-focused exercise programming, and helping women navigate training through perimenopause and beyond. 

I have a strong interest in nutrition and the important role it plays alongside exercise. I’m passionate about helping clients understand that movement, good nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle habits all work together to create lasting results, better energy, and overall wellbeing.

Whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time, returning after a break, or are wanting to take your training to the next level, I’m confident I can help you find a style of training you enjoy while building strength, confidence, energy, and long-term results.
