About Arizona

Arizona has been working in the fitness industry for nine years.

Her professional training background is full Combat Martial Arts, BodyBuilding/Sculpting and Group Fitness.

She has worked in a variety of gyms around Auckland, mostly focusing on Women's health, wellbeing and fitness.

Arizona's approach is to help people find their excitement for fitness, and educate her clients on how to train and live according to their fitness goals without sacrificing all of the fun.
