Keeping active has always been a part of my life and has continued through all the different phases, from travelling, to having children, to preparing for the CrossFit Games. Each phase has meant a different kind of training, from running around the streets of London, to pregnancy aqua aerobics to hours of technically challenging strategy sessions. Most importantly this has kept me on track mentally. The strong and very clear connection between mental and physical health has been so evident to me and this is what pushes me forward everyday and to be the best trainer I can be.
My passion for fitness took a direction into CrossFit 13 years ago, where I realised my passion for coaching and my obsession for strength training and Olympic Lifting, along with enjoying the technicalities and demands of high intensity gymnastics. Competing at the CrossFit Games Age Group in 2025 and coming 8th in the world is my proudest point in my journey so far, a goal that took MANY years of failure, grit and dedication to achieve. I feel with my experience I can help others achieve their goals too and support along side them in their journey, as none of us can do it alone, nor should we have to. No matter how big or small that goal may be, from sticking to a training routine to learning better technique, having support is where it all begins and the magic happens.
