Alex comes from a dance background with a passion for fitness and movement. Alex started dancing when she was very young and once she got older was taught the importance of conditioning and training outside dance. When Alex hit high school she started lifting with a strength and conditioning coach and fell in love with lifting and the gym. Fast forward to university where Alex received her Bachelors of Exercise Science, Alex became more invested in strength and conditioning, personal training, and group training. Being a personal trainer allows Alex to share her passion for movement and help people move.
