After two decades in the corporate world AJ completed a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Sport and Exercise Science. Now in her mid-50s, she continues to role model the balance and vitality that she helps others build.
Outside the gym, AJ enjoys mountain biking, gardening and the outdoors. She values time with her partner, whānau, and friends.
