About AJ

AJ will connect with you to understand your goals, priorities and life challenges. Let her guide you on a journey so that being active, eating for your body type, and getting enough rest become natural and habitual. 

As a qualified Exercise Physiologist, AJ specialises in injury rehabilitation and sports specific conditioning.  AJ will assess your posture to incorporate alignment and muscle balance opportunities in your exercise prescription.  AJ works with all ages who are managing injuries in sport or life, to those who are managing medical conditions including: Arthritis, Cardiovascular disease, Chron's, Depression, Diabetes and Fibromyalgia and Parkinson's.  A particular speciality is Women's Health in particular Menopause.  AJ has a holistic approach and works closely with other health professionals including: GP's, sports doctors, physiotherapists, osteopaths and acupuncturists. 

Outside of work, AJ is an avid mountain biker and sailor with a background in adventure racing.  She lives with her partner, and delights in preparing healthy meals to entertain friends and family. 

AJ's availability is Monday to Friday from 6am to 2pm.
