As a teenager, Sarah experienced her fair share of exercise injuries and disappointing physio visits. It wasn’t until she met a physiotherapist who truly listened and personalised her recovery that everything began to fall into place. That experience reshaped how she viewed movement and health, and inspired her to become a personal trainer dedicated to helping others feel strong, capable, and pain-free.
Sarah believes training should be both effective and enjoyable. Her approach focuses on finding the most efficient path forward while keeping the process sustainable and ideally, a little fun along the way.
When she’s not in the gym or locked in with her Law studies at Victoria University, Sarah’s probably watching Formula 1 with a cup of Earl Grey, being a casual menace to her friends, or pretending she’s fine with Wellington’s weather and the occasional duck attack.
