Her fitness journey started through competitive swimming. Swimming taught her to have a strong foundation in discipline, consistency and performance. From a young age She learnt that progress and success isn't just given to her, its about how much time and effort she put into her own training and that motivation only gets her so far.
With background knowledge in endurance training and strength work she understands how important training and coaching is to help clients move better, get stronger and smash their goals.
Her coaching style is structured, supportive and encouraging. She listens to what her clients need and what their goals are. She is all about creating a friendly and positive environment were her clients feel safe to be themselves and are able to reach their full potential. She will always be in their corner for guidance and is all about turning that "I have to go to the gym" saying into a "Yes, I get to go to the gym."
