Training with me is about understanding your body, exploring different ways to move, and celebrating progress along the way, both physical and mental. I place a strong emphasis on building muscle, not just for aesthetics, but because muscle is essential for long-term health. Increasing and maintaining muscle mass supports metabolism, joint health, injury prevention, and overall longevity, helping you stay strong and capable, for life!
I’m a Certified Personal Trainer through the New Zealand Institute of Health and Fitness, and my background in movement began long before the gym. I previously taught ballet in Brazil, which shaped my attention to technique, body awareness, and quality of movement. I’ve also competed in the New Zealand IFBB, earning the Wellington Overall Champion title. I’ve personally experienced both muscle-building and fat-loss phases, so I understand firsthand the challenges of consistency, mindset, and finding balance. I don’t just teach the process, I’ve lived it.
