About Molly

I’ve played sports my whole life, and movement has always been a huge part of who I am. Over time, that love for being active grew into a genuine passion- especially when I discovered strength training. What started as another form of exercise quickly became something much deeper. Strength training taught me discipline, confidence, and the power of showing up for myself.

Now, my mission as a Personal Trainer is to empower other women to feel strong in both mind and body. To me, it goes far beyond the physical. Strength is about resilience, self-belief, and feeling at home in your own body. My training style is supportive, technique-focused, and centred around sustainable progress. I combine functional strength work with intentional movement to help women build not only strong physiques but also strong mindsets.

My goal is for every woman I coach to walk away feeling confident, capable, and deeply connected to her own strength- inside and outside the gym.
