About Martina

I’m a Personal Trainer who believes health and fitness is truly transformative. Growing up, I never played sports and didn’t consider myself “athletic,” but discovering the gym completely changed my life. Over the past 10 years, strength training has not only built my body but also my confidence, discipline, resilience and mindset.

This year, I pushed myself even further and completed my first marathon, proof that with the right mindset and training, anything is possible. My goal now is to help others on their own journey, whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time or aiming for your next big milestone. I believe that exercise is for every body and I'm passionate about helping you get the most from moving.
