Kelsey is an Endometriosis Survivor who focuses her training methods around ensuring positive menstrual health and wellbeing.
As a youth, she trained for a professional ballet and contemporary dance career; before experiencing a knee injury where she transferred her love of movement into strength training.
More recently, she’s been competing in HYROX - enjoying pushing her body to new limits despite all of the odds against the challenges of her Endometriosis. She truly believes that with the right training, support and empowerment we can achieve anything we set our minds to!
