As a longtime member of the Les Mills community, Katie’s move into Personal Training was a natural evolution of her own fitness journey. Having spent years on the gym floor pushing her own limits, she recognized a desire to help others find the same sense of enjoyment and fulfillment in training. Her approach is built on the belief that the gym should be a place where people look forward to challenging themselves, turning hard work into the most rewarding part of their day.

Katie specialises in helping clients nail the fundamentals, ensuring a solid technical foundation is in place to support long-term progress. By mastering the basics first, she helps clients build the confidence necessary to find the fun in pushing their boundaries. With a sound knowledge of nutrition to complement her training programs, Katie provides a holistic approach to reaching performance goals. She is dedicated to creating a motivating, focused environment where sustainable lifestyle changes and genuine enjoyment of movement go hand-in-hand.
