James brings a unique perspective to personal training, understanding firsthand the challenges of balancing a demanding corporate lifestyle with staying fit. Having worked in financial services for 20 years, he, like many professionals, fell into the common traps of long hours, convenience eating, and inconsistent exercise. Realising the impact on his health, he made a conscious effort to change—and in the process, discovered a passion for strength training.

James specialises in strength training, body composition and muscle building. He draws from his 15 years of training experience, which includes bodybuilding, powerlifting, modified strongman, boxing, and self-defence. His approach is built around effective, sustainable strategies that deliver results alongside busy lifestyles.

Now fully dedicated to health and fitness, James is passionate about guiding clients to become stronger, move better, and feel more confident—both inside and outside the gym. Whether you want to build muscle, lose fat, or improve overall strength, James provides a structured, results-driven approach to help you achieve your goals.
