I started my fitness journey 10 years ago while doing pull-ups and push-ups in my backyard and still to this day incorporate it into my training.
I have been coaching since 2023 and my style is one of education, encouragement and enthusiasm. I have a big focus on fundamentals and progression with a point of getting you to where you don't need me as a trainer but you want me as your trainer.
My main goal is to help people feel strong and confident in the gym through teaching exercises and building that help throughout, so we're always working towards your goals.
