I've been a gymshark for 7 seven years. I love all things fitness and health. The gym is the one place where you can let go of negative energy and build the positive. I got started in the fitness industry as a simple gym user. Was approached by 5+ individuals to train them professionally. Now here I am, your local PT trainer. My style of personal training varies across a few areas. Personally trained and taught strength based lifting and hypertrophy. Focused a lot of cardio around boxing. Now I focus on "Confidence-based training for beginners", "Hybrid training (strength+endurance) for 30+ men and women." and "posture rebuilds or strengthening for all ages" (mobility,flexibilty and posture longevity).
