Adam’s love of exercise began at a young age through sport. He then continued down this path by graduated from Otago University with a Bachelor of Physical Education majoring in Exercise Science, and has also completed a New Zealand Certificate in Exercise.
His coaching style is complimented by his sound knowledge of the body including the musculoskeletal and cardiovascular systems and the understanding of nutrition.
This helps to create a perfect balance in ever evolving individualised sessions as well as listening to your feedback throughout the entire training process in order to achieve success.
