Les Mills Britomart is located in the exclusive Britomart precinct of the Auckland CBD. It is the only Les Mills club in New Zealand to offer assisted training 24 hours a day, 4 days a week.

Assisted training provides a multitude of different weight-resistance machines as well as free weights. Along with a vast selection of iron, we have an incredible floor of cardio machines, including treadmills, cross trainers and the almighty Stairmaster. With such a variety of options, one machine will surely help you reach your fitness goals!

If solo training isn’t your thing, we also have a large group fitness studio where we offer Les Mills’ world famous group fitness classes, including BODYPUMP®, GRIT®, SH’BAM® and BODYBALANCE® (to name just a few). Each class ranges in length from 30–55 minutes, but whether you stay for a short time or a long time, we promise that the results will be worth it. We also have a brilliant cycle studio where you can experience the journey (and benefits) of RPM® or the HIIT of SPRINT®.

To complement our ‘live’ group fitness classes, Les Mills Britomart also offers Virtual classes around the clock – so you can still hit some of your favourite classes at the times that suit you best!

Club Rules

  1. Your Membership

    • Don't forget your membership tag. It avoids hiccups at reception during check in.
    • Free/complimentary memberships are non-transferable.
    • Minimum age for membership is 15 years.


  2. Your Personal Belongings

    • It's up to you to keep your belongings safe - here are a few tips to help:
    • Leave your gear in the lockers - for greater security we suggest using padlocks rather than combination locks.
    • Lockers are cleared every night so make sure you don't leave stuff in them overnight.
  3. Health and Safety

    • Please follow instructions and requests from Les Mills staff - it helps make our gym a safer, more enjoyable place.
    • Wear gear that's appropriate and comfortable to exercise in - no jeans, bare chests or bikinis(!) - and please don't wear anything offensive or intimidating to others.
    • Wear appropriate sports footwear. No open-toe sandals or jandals. Bare feet only in classes that require it.
    • Don't bring your bags to class. Leave all your gear in the lockers provided.
    • Towels are compulsory in workout areas. Sweating is good, working out in someone else's sweat isn't! If you've forgotten your towel, hire or buy one at reception.
    • Please don't come here under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Anyone who does will be asked to leave immediately and may have their membership terminated.
    • You are not permitted to train or coach others in our clubs, whether there is any form of payment or not.


  4. Children

    • Kids under 15 aren't permitted in workout areas or studios unless attending a Les Mills supervised children's exercise programme or Kids' Club / World. You must supervise your kids elsewhere in the club at all  times - it's safer that way.
    • Kids under 15 aren't permitted in changing areas under any circumstances - again because it's safer that way.
  5. The Heavy Stuff

    • Don't bring illegal or banned performance enhancing substances of any kind on or around club premises.
    • Don't carry out (or attempt to carry out) any illegal activity in or near our clubs.
    • Don't behave inappropriately or offensively, particularly in the changing areas.
    • Don't use abusive language, or harass, insult or threaten anyone (staff or members). We will immediately terminate the membership of anyone who causes other members or staff genuine concern about their safety inside or outside the club. (That includes emails, texts, phone calls or correspondence).
    • Don't solicit members or carry out any business within the club. This includes contacting members or staff by email for business purposes without their consent.
    • Don't promote products or services of any kind on Les Mills property without the permission of the Club Manager.
    • Don't photograph, film, or otherwise record other members or Les Mills staff on Club premises without their knowledge and consent, and the prior consent of the Club Manager.


  6. Complaints Process

    • If you have any concerns or complaints about service, a staff member or facility, please speak to reception and we'll put you in touch with the appropriate manager. We may ask you to put your complaint in writing.
