I started going to the gym because I was tired of being a chubby 13-year-old and wanted to get fitter and stronger. I had always wanted to lose weight and try going to the gym, inspired by watching my dad work out. I was obese, and my parents recommended that I get some exercise, so I signed up to play football. As time went on, I wanted to improve my football skills, and I knew that going to the gym was essential for my progress. Once I started, I fell in love with the gym. It became a place where I could enjoy my day.
I still have a passion for becoming a professional football player, and now I also love helping others in the gym who want to try something new, lose weight, or get stronger, just as I did when I was younger.
I believe that getting better at something is the best feeling ever—whether it’s lifting a new weight or running a longer distance. I also think every session should be challenging, even if the results aren't what you expected. One important thing I believe in is always wearing a smile, no matter how tough the session is. If you're still enjoying yourself, then those are the best kinds of training sessions.
