I got into the gym around 18 — like most people, I just wanted to feel better, look better, and build some confidence. I made the usual mistakes early on (too random, too hard, not consistent enough), but I still saw great results.
Later on, I went through a tough period with mental health and my health slipped. I ended up overweight and feeling pretty far from myself — and that’s when “Small steps, big change” became my reality. I took a more holistic approach: consistent training, better routines, sustainable nutrition, and looking after my mindset as well as my body. Those small steps stacked up, and I fell in love with the lifestyle — the discipline, the confidence, and the freedom it creates.
Since then I’ve gone deeper into strength training and bodybuilding, and I realised I wanted to help others feel that same shift. My coaching style is supportive, structured, and realistic: good technique, smart progression, accountability, and a plan you can actually stick to — no extremes, no punishment, just steady wins.
