About Rhys

Rhys began his fitness journey in sports from a young age, specialising in football he was fortunate enough to represent New Zealand at youth level. After an injury cut his playing career short, he redirected his focus toward fitness and athletic development.

With years of athletic experience and training under his belt, his passion for health and fitness drove him to deepen his knowledge of athletic performance, strength, and muscle building. Today, health and fitness are fundamental parts of his daily life, and he is enthusiastic about sharing his passion with everyone who steps into the gym. Rhys not only coaches individuals in strength, mobility, and overall fitness but also guides them in developing healthy habits for a more sustainable lifestyle.
