Paul Alexander Molloy

Move well, Live strong, Feel Free.

About Paul

My name is Paul Molloy, and I’m a Personal Trainer based in Blueskin Bay, working primarily with clients aged 40+ who want to move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in their bodies. My path into fitness has been shaped not only by a long career in public sector leadership in both the UK and New Zealand, but also by my own experiences with injury, surgery, burnout, and stress. Those challenges gave me a deep appreciation for how physical health, strength, and movement can support overall wellbeing—especially for people in sedentary or high-pressure roles.

I became a PT because I wanted to help people like me: people who have spent years putting work, family, and life ahead of their own health, and now want to reclaim strength, mobility, and energy in a sustainable, realistic way. I’m newly qualified, but I bring decades of real-world experience in leadership, coaching, behaviour change, and supporting people through difficult periods of their lives.

- My training style is practical, supportive, and grounded in functional movement. I focus on:

- Strength and mobility for everyday life, not just the gym

- Improving movement quality through postural, range of motion, and static assessments

- Safe, progressive programmes tailored to each person’s capabilities and confidence

- Balanced full-body training, including lower body, upper body, core, and power

- Realistic sessions that fit into busy schedules—30, 45, or 60 minutes

I work closely with people who may be starting again, dealing with niggles or injuries, or who simply want to future-proof their bodies. My approach is about helping clients build habits that last, move without pain, and feel capable in their day-to-day lives.

Overall, my PT style is friendly, encouraging, and tailored—meeting people where they’re at, and helping them take meaningful steps toward a healthier, stronger, more confident version of themselves.
