About Nicole

I grew up in true kiwi fashion in a very sport orientated family playing netball, tennis, basketball, and athletics. Age 15 was where I became body conscious after a boyfriend made a comment on my weight. I spiralled into a poor relationship with food and exercise by undereating and overtraining that consumed my life for ten years.

In my mid-twenties I started educating myself on nutrition, learning that our bodies require a very specific number of proteins, fats, and carbs for everyday life and athletic performance. Funnily enough, when I started eating more, the quality of my training improved, and I started to notice my body composition change.

Around the same time, I started working with a naturopath who taught me the importance of internal health. We worked on improving my gut health, balancing my hormones after coming off the contraceptive pill, detoxing, and introducing some essential supplements to help my internal systems function as optimally as possible.

I came off all medications, cleared my acne, reduced my PMS symptoms, healed my IBS, healed my chronic fatigue, started sleeping better, and my overall outlook on life became so much more positive. I found that external results came so much easier when I started taking care of what was on the inside.

This experience changed my life so dramatically that I was inspired to discover more. I studied Holistic Lifestyle Coaching through the CHEK Institute, and again, was mind-blown to learn how our modern way of living can disconnect us from the rhythm of nature causing unnecessary stress on our bodies. I made some small yet significant changes to my routine that set a strong foundation to build upon.

I have since competed in two world recognised body building and fitness modelling federations, winning, and becoming a pro in both respectively. I place a huge focus on balancing the muscles in the body, this involves lots of abdominal work, glute strengthening, and gaining tension in the mid-back to improve posture. I am very particular with exercise selection, helping clients improve mind-to-muscle connection, and become confident in the gym.

I've now dedicated my life to continuous upskilling to provide people like you with the tools to create your very own pillars of health and fitness.
