I’ve built my life around two things: aviation and fitness. Both demand discipline, precision, and consistency, and those values define the way I train and coach. My journey started at 115 kg with no experience, just determination. I pushed through injuries, rebuilt myself, and eventually became a powerlifter, bodybuilder, and certified personal trainer.
Training became my lifestyle, my therapy, and my structure. Aviation sharpened my mindset, and the gym strengthened my body, together they shaped who I am today. My coaching style is focused, supportive, and results-driven. I teach clients how to build real strength, move with confidence, and stay disciplined long-term. Whether the goal is fat loss, muscle gain, or high performance, I help people create a lifestyle, not just a routine.
