About Leonie

Leonie’s goal is to support her clients to make health and fitness a lifelong lifestyle, no quick fixes or shortcuts here.  Her philosophy is centred around ensuring your body is healthy and functioning as we age. She will work alongside you to establish healthy habits across the six pillars of health: wellbeing, sleep, stress, training / movement, nutrition, and body esteem.

She specialises in female health performance and understands that women have different training needs, and how the menstrual cycle can affect performance. She has knowledge in perimenopause and how these hormonal changes affect women’s bodies and performance.

Leonie also works with runners to build strength and analyse their running gait and educate them around endurance running.  As an endurance athlete and ironman finisher she knows how to build strength and manage training loads while avoiding injury.

Leonie is a mother of two primary school aged children which means she understands that we are all forever juggling many balls, but how important it is to look after your own health. Out of the gym you will find her running the trails or out on the road.
