Mind/body connection has always run deeply with Henry.
As an Ex Competitive rugby player, with honours in both English and NZ rugby teams, and current competitive Ultramarathon and Marathon runner; physical training has always been fundamental. But following a medical retirement from rugby, through a bout of serious brain injuries and joint surgeries, his focus then moved to maximising physical performance through neural connection.
Developing a more holistic approach to training personally, has aided in a more comprehensive and mindful approach with his clients; achieving high levels of physical performance, while creating a lasting connection between mind and body. Through the unlocking and understanding of the power of their mind.
