Sankha is a lawyer who left the law to help people fall in love with fitness and movement. 

He is a Personal Trainer, GRIT, SPRINT and a Les Mills Seasonal Program coach, and holds a black belt in Karate.  

His focus is on understanding what makes you tick and what is holding you back, in order to help you tap into your true potential.
