Fresh from completing a 100km run in support of men’s mental health and setting a personal best in the half marathon, Will exemplifies what it means to push limits with purpose. His training philosophy integrates strength, power, and athletic performance, grounded in a movement-first approach.

With a strong background in competitive sailing and recent experience as a Strength & Conditioning Coach for Oriental Rongotai, Will brings elite athletic knowledge and practical coaching expertise to every session.

Backed by a background in psychology, Will understands that actual performance is as much mental as it is physical. He helps clients achieve sustainable progress over the long term, supporting both their physical goals and mental resilience.

Passionate about movement mastery, Will focuses on quality technique and performance-driven outcomes. His precise, informed approach ensures clients move better, safer, and stronger.
