Hey team I’m Wesley! With a lifetime rooted in elite sports, I bring unmatched expertise to personal training. Representing New Zealand in athletics and surf life saving and competing on the rugby field for Hawke’s Bay, I have lived and breathed high-performance sport & training from an early age. I have an extensive background in strength and conditioning, power training and boxing which shapes my unique approach to fitness.

My training style emphasises power, agility, and resilience, tailored to help clients unlock their full potential. Through dynamic boxing sessions, I teach technique, strength, and speed while challenging both body and mind. Whether you’re aiming to elevate your athletic performance, build a stronger physique, or push beyond your limits, I am dedicated to guiding you every step of the way.
