About Sheree

After years of dancing and loving all kinds of sports, I found the gym - something you could learn to be good at, feel strong and empowered in your own body, I feel in love especially with the confidence it gave me.

My passion and obsession for health started when I was very young after being diagnosed with an autoimmune condition at 22 months old, the need to look after my health was deeply engrained in me, and I learnt how to nourish and support my body throughout my entire life.

This wasn't always in a healthy way, I went from dieting, to overtraining, developing an eating disorder and having 2 knee surgeries by the time I was 22 years old, add to the adrenal fatigue, hormonal imbalances and gut issues and I was in desperate need for a reset, the gym was my only constant and got me through some of the hardest times in my life, as well as learning what it meant to truly nourish your body from the inside out.

My personal training style is very holistic, I treat the whole person, from the root cause. Looking at nutrition, exercise, lifestyle and mindset with the outlook that 'prehab is always better than rehab'. With my clients I focus hugely on strength training so you can look and feel incredible in your own skin, as well as optimise your health for a balanced life. Incorporating my knowledge on hormone and gut health allows my clients to optimise their energy and metabolism through our work together so they achieve sustainable results!
