My passion for health and fitness and sparked through my nursing career. Throughout my nursing career I came face to face to really unwell individuals which made me really appreciate the importance of looking after your physical and mental health.
For me, fitness is about discovering what makes your body feel strong and energized, and embracing movement. When we prioritize our well-being, we not only improve our own quality of life but we are also able to show up fully in all aspects of life.
I believe in a holistic approach to personal training by integrating physical, mental, and emotional wellness. True health isn't just about exercise, it's about finding balance in all aspects of life.
