I was a rugby player throughout high school but endured an injury that stopped that path for me. This caused me to turn to the gym to help improve myself physically and mentally. The gym became a huge passion in my life and a pathway that allowed me to push my body to its limits and achieve my goal of my best physical shape so far in my life.
My early days of exercise I struggled and I feel I didn’t reach my best potential as I would have if I had someone to help and guide me in areas that I lacked knowledge in, I believe this is what inspired to me to make a career out of helping others achieve their goals and providing guidance and experience to those in need. My style of personal training revolves around strength development, hypertrophy and high intensity interval training (HIIT).
