About Jordan

Jordan been working and studying in the fitness industry for 7 years. Having completed her Bachelors Degree in Sport and Recreation, as well as two Diplomas in Sport and Exercise.

Her passion lies in working with people, and helping them become the best version of themselves. She believe in the transformative power of fitness and it’s ability to enhance not just physical strength but also mental wellbeing. As a trainer, She is committed to making fitness accessible and enjoyable for everyone, fostering an environment where all can thrive.

As a trainer, she specialises in Strength and Conditioning, Women’s Health (pre and post Natal), Functional Movement and Fitness (including HIIT) And has a diverse experience periodised programming for Athletic Development/Long term athlete development working with young athletes to experienced professional athletes.

When training with Jordan, She emphasises the importance of structural balance, helping her clients develop a well-rounded physique that prevents injury and enhances functional movement. Her goal is for my clients to maintain a balanced approach to health and is committed to guiding you on your journey to become stronger, healthier version of yourself.
