About Hebe

My journey into health and fitness coaching began with my own battle with severe and misdiagnosed stomach conditions, leading to a long road to recovery. After years of trial and error with restrictive diets, misinformed nutrition and struggling with under-eating and over-exercising, I reached a turning point; realising that true health goes beyond just food and fitness. My experience with illness and burnout further reinforced the importance of a holistic approach to health and wellness. Through years of education, self-discovery and healing, I founded my coaching business to create a supportive space where women feel understood and empowered. My mission is to help others navigate their own health journeys with balance, knowledge and confidence, while sustainably reaching their goals.
