Fitness and movement have always been apart of my life. From beginning with various sports such as basketball, football, rugby, and cricket, physical activity has always been a massive component for me. With a larger focus on fitness in general and building a strong/able body, my priorities have changed over the years.
Ever since getting into the gym, my life has changed dramatically for the better. I feel fitter, healthier, and happier than ever. My performance with sports has increased, my ability to move during daily activities is much easier, and I am far less prone to any injuries or body pains.
I believe the secret for anyones fitness journey is to just make a start and understand that the rest will follow. The mental benefits, larger muscles, stronger joints, extra confidence, and a new sense of purpose are all added bonuses.
