BODYPUMP® is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.


Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP® gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.


BODYPUMP® is available as either a 55, 45 or 30-minute workout. It is also available in some clubs as a virtual workout.


BODYPUMP® begins with a warm-up using light weights only, to get your body moving and slowly starts to introduce your muscles to the workout.


Your instructor will then guide you through the main workout, focusing on each of the major muscle groups, sculpting your legs, chest, back, shoulders, and abdominals. We've got all the important muscles covered, and we guarantee you'll be feeling the burn.


Finally, the class will finish with a core track to target your abdominals or a cool down to stretch your muscles to assist your recovery.
