range, designed with each of our classes in mind.
For footwear, we suggest you wear shoes that allow for plenty of
twisting and turning movement - normal running shoes aren't ideal
for BODYJAM® so try cross-trainers for more support.
Apart from that bring a water bottle and towel - BODYJAM® will
make you sweat!
