Kelly is an accomplished Athlete and Gymnast. She has traveled the world, competing for New Zealand since she was 12 years old. Her greatest achievement was representing NZ at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow 2014. From this high performance background, Kelly specializes in Mobility, Flexibility, Strength and Conditioning, Body Performance, Weight loss, Fat loss, Speed Agility Quickness, Athletes, Life Coaching, ELDOA, Structural balance, Postural alignment, Rehab and most importantly she is a positive influence on her Clients toward having a happier and healthier lifestyle.
