Whats your Day Job?

Architect 

What got you into teaching / inspires you with fitness? 

Playing sports has always been part of my life, so I joined the gym for conditioning. When I was 16 I came along to my cousin's RPM class at Les Mills New Lynn, and fell in love with it. It was SO hard, but I was all in! I began teaching a few years later and haven't looked back.

What do you teach and why?

RPM, Sprint, Body Pump and Body Balance - they all bring something different. I know how each of these programs make me feel, so I want to create that opportunity for others through my coaching. 


Why Les Mills?  

It is incredible to be surrounded by passionate world class instructors, who are committed to their craft and strive for excellence. The members generously give us this space and create an amazing community to be a part of. I have connected with some of the most inspiring people during my time at Les Mills. 

What’s a motivational quote you live by?

If we don't allow ourselves to be imperfect, we will never get good.

Any other fun facts?

I have two pet goats who featured in most of my livestream lockdown classes.
