Impressive 12-Hour Rowing Fundraiser Raises Over $1,000 for Howick Pakuranga Baseball Players Competing at the U15 World Champs

In a remarkable display of determination and community support, a 12-hour rowing challenge fundraiser was recently held to aid the Howick Pakuranga Baseball U15 team in their quest to qualify for the World Championships. The event saw two Les Mills Howick personal trainers, Kay Han and Jacob Carr, taking on the challenge, rowing their way to impressive distances.

Kay Han rowed a remarkable 103,886 meters during the event, showcasing incredible endurance and focus. Meanwhile, Jacob managed to cover an astonishing 136,273 meters, a testament to his determination and physical prowess. The two personal trainers outstanding efforts left spectators and supporters in awe.

The fundraiser was not only about Kay and Jacob’s incredible feats but also about the community's generosity. The event successfully raised over a thousand dollars, which will provide valuable support for the Howick Pakuranga Baseball U15 players journey to compete at the World Championships.
