Les Mills Recovery: Cold plunge pool and saunas

Boxing Studio: Every detail is considered in this studio, custom-designed to host Les Mills CONQUER classes. Your workout is your own in this intimate atmosphere, with low lighting and class numbers limited to 42 people.

Cycle Studio: Featuring a cinema-quality audio-visual system, in Les Mills Auckland City’s cycle studio you’ll experience our cycle classes such as THE TRIP® as a fully immersive workout experience.

Functional Studio: Utilising an extensive range of functional training equipment, this space spotlights an ever-changing set-up of stations for Les Mills CEREMONY® classes. Fresh air and filtered natural light have been incorporated into this architectural award-winning facility.

Group Fitness Studios: Doing a Group Fitness class here feels more like being at a live concert than working out. Incredible sound systems and enough space for 200 members to work out together, these studios are where Les Mills’ world-famous group fitness was born.

Gym Floor: Find your limit using our wide range of weights and machines on the gym floor. Check your technique in full-height mirrors and stretch it out afterwards in the dedicated warm down zone.

Cardio Areas: Train your way with the latest cardio equipment. Situated in several zones across Les Mills Auckland City, there are cardio options for everyone.

Stretch Area: Stretch it out or cool down after your workout in our dedicated stretch zone in the upper mezzanine floor.

Women's Gym: A fully-equipped, bespoke offering for female members who prefer the privacy of a women-only gym floor.

Changing Rooms: Transition from workout to work in the comfort of our changing rooms. Store your gear securely in a locker, then make use of our showers, ironing boards, hair dryers and straighteners.
