Our Reception area is where you'll scan into the club before your workout and also where you'll find our friendly staff who can help you with any queries you may have.

Bathrooms: Transition from workout to work in the comfort of our changing rooms. Store your gear securely in a locker, then make use of our showers, ironing boards, hair dryers and straighteners.

Cycle Studio: Featuring dim lighting and an excellent sound system, and offering both live and Les Mills Virtual® Cycle Classes, you can be immersed in your own workout in this dedicated cycle studio.

Functional Training Area: Utilising a range of functional training equipment, this flexible space is the perfect spot to meet your Personal Trainer.

Group Fitness Studios: Group Fitness classes are one of the most inspiring ways of working out. This studio hosts a wide range of classes each week with motivational instructors and great music played through an incredible sound system.

Gym Floor: Find your limit using our wide range of weights and machines on the gym floor. Check your technique in full-height mirrors and stretch it out afterwards in the dedicated warm down zone.

Women's Gym: A fully-equipped, bespoke offering for female members who prefer the privacy of a women-only gym floor.

Stretch Area: This is the perfect space to take some time after your workout to focus on stretching and core work.
