About Jade

Through a flexible and holistic coaching approach, Jade supports clients to make long-term changes to daily habits, mindset, fitness and nutrition.

Jade loves helping people find exercise they enjoy and build confidence using gym equipment.

Living a healthy lifestyle has not come easily to Jade, who has often struggled with weight, stress, sleep, alcohol, and exercise consistency. Over the past 5 years, Jade has slowly transformed her lifestyle, maintaining a 40kg weight loss.

Jade has deep empathy for everyday people struggling to lose weight or improve fitness, and truly understands the power of exercise to change your life.
