Teaching Les Mills Group Fitness for more than ten years, Corey is incredibly passionate about fitness and enjoys the challenge of instructing to create a better health and fitness outlook. 

For one-on-one Personal Training, Corey's approach is holistic, using 6 foundational principles to achieve optimal vitality, with the latest research and advice in exercise, nutrition and wellness.
