1. Les Mills NZ Member Portal Website

The Les Mills NZ Member Portal Website is owned and operated by Les Mills New Zealand Limited ("Les Mills NZ", "we"). We may amend these terms from time to time, and we will make changes to the content accessed through this Member Portal Website.

2. Les Mills class information

We will do our best to provide you with accurate and up-to-date information through this Member Portal Website but sometimes mistakes, changes and events beyond our control will occur. If the information is particularly important to you, please check by contacting your Les Mills club before relying on it.

3. Bookings and credits

You can use the Member Portal Website to book classes provided you have enough credits. You can also buy additional credits through the Member Portal Website. Once a class has been successfully booked the Member Portal Website will provide a booking confirmation. If you book a class using paid credits via the Member Portal Website and the class is not held for any reason, we will refund the credit to you. However, if you have booked for a paid class and you don't turn up, we will have held a place for you so we will not be obliged to refund your payment or credit .

The Member Portal Website will not allow you to book a credited class 30 minutes out from the class start time, so should you wish to book a class within this close-off period please call the club. Cancelling classes: Please check with your local club to confirm your club's specific cancellation policy as each club has unique cancellation restrictions e.g. cancelling within 2 hours from the start of a class. Should you cancel within your club's cancellation policy time there will be no refund of credits given. Once a class has been successfully cancelled the Member Portal Website will provide a booking cancellation confirmation.

It is best to refresh (F5) the Member Portal Website after 5 minutes to confirm.

4. Availability

We cannot guarantee that this Member Portal Website will be available at all times. It may be unavailable for maintenance, reasons related to your telecommunications provider or other events which are outside our control. If the Member Portal Website is down, please contact your club via email or phone or check information on the club website.

5. Your personal Member Portal Website account

When you create an account with us you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete and current at all times. If you give us inaccurate or incomplete information we may decide to terminate your access through the Les Mills NZ Member Portal Website. Your right to have a personalised Member Portal Website account will be available only while you are a current member of a Les Mills New Zealand club.

6. Your password

We don't have access to your account password. Please choose a password that can't be easily guessed, keep it safe, don't share it with others (including us) and don't write it down. Log off after each visit to our Les Mills Member Portal Website to prevent unauthorised access to your account and password, especially if other people can use your device. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the services and also for any activities or actions under your password, whether you are using our services or a third-party service such as a payment service. You must notify us immediately if you think there may be any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice if we reasonably believe that your account's security has been compromised or that these terms have been breached. Upon termination, your right to use the Member Portal Website services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account you may simply discontinue using the services.

7. Intellectual Property

Les Mills New Zealand owns or has rights to all copyright and other intellectual property in this Member Portal Website and in the services. Everything relating to this Member Portal Website is copyright. The Member Portal Website may be accessed for personal use only. If you intend to use it for research or study you must acknowledge all copyright and other notices contained in the content. You may not copy or display for redistribution to third parties or for commercial purposes, any portion of this Member Portal Website without the express written permission of Les Mills New Zealand.

8. Links

Any links from this Member Portal Website to third party Member Portal Websites are to provide you with more information or secure services. We have no control over and are not liable for problems arising from your use of any third party Member Portal Website or site.

9. Misuse of the Member Portal Website

You may not use any device including any software, which interferes with the operation of this Member Portal Website or take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on Les Mills New Zealand's servers or computer equipment, or the computer equipment of Les Mills New Zealand's internet service providers. You may not use any software, programme, algorithm, methodology or device (including any spider or robot) to monitor, copy, collect or harvest any data, information or content found on this Member Portal Website, or use any manual process for the same purpose.

10. Your safety

We take fraud seriously. If you receive unsolicited emails or phone calls, please don't respond. Please report any suspicious activity immediately by emailing us at app@lesmills.co.nz.

11. Cookies

We may use cookies to improve and personalise your visit to our Member Portal Website. Cookies are small text files placed on your computer when you access an Member Portal Website and are a common feature of many Member Portal Websites. Cookies are not programmes and cannot perform actions by themselves. 12. Secure credit card payments

We do not hold and cannot access your credit card details. All credit card transactions are processed by DPS (Direct Payment Solutions), a trusted online payment solution provider. When you make a purchase  to your Les Mills New Zealand account using a credit card, your card details are encrypted and securely stored by DPS.

13. Your privacy

Les Mills New Zealand is committed to protecting the privacy of any personal information you provide to us via this Member Portal Website. We are committed to complying with all privacy laws and will take all reasonably available measures to protect your privacy.

14. Use of your information

Your personal information will only be used for the purpose of providing or marketing Les Mills New Zealand's products, services to you and for the management of your member account. Your personal information will not be or supplied to any third party unless required by law. We may release aggregate statistics about Les Mills New Zealand members and Member Portal Website trends however these statistics will not have any personal information which would identify you.

15. Access to and correction of your information

You have the right to access and ask us to amend or update your personal information by contacting us. We will require proof of identity before we update disclose your personal information to you. Only specific employees within Les Mills New Zealand are able to access your personal member information.

16. Information collection

We will never ask for your bank account, password or credit card details by telephone or email. We use Google Analytics to track links you visit before, during and after our Member Portal Website and activity on our Member Portal Website. This information may be used to identify areas which may require changes or improvement and identify ways we can make your Member Portal Website visits more enjoyable. If you are a Les Mills member we hold information supplied by you during registration and information concerning your account transactions.

17. Email

Your email address is used to activate your Les Mills account as well as a way for us to keep in contact with you. You will only receive emails from us that that you have opted to receive and you may unsubscribe from our emails at any time by clicking in the unsubscribe link or going into MyAccount area of the Les Mills New Zealand App.
