The sun is out. Embrace and incorporate the sunshine into your lives. Here are our some of our Top Les Mills influencers with tips on how to get the most of the sunshine and enjoy your holidays.

How do you plan to keep fit over the holidays or while traveling?

I LOVE getting outdoors to exercise in the summer. Hiking is my go to as well as beach circuits/sprints using my MACK Booty Bands. I'll be heading to the Mount and Pauanui this summer so I'll be running up and down those mounts for some exercise first thing in the morning - nothing beats a sunrise workout.

How do you plan to keep fit over the holidays or while traveling?

For me, it's a no brainer over summer. All the good foods are in season (hello summer fruit & veggies) + its so easy to get outside, adventure and exercise without even realising you're doing it.

How do you plan to keep fit over the holidays or while traveling?

I find tracking steps is such an easy way to maintain my fitness when I travel! I aim for 10,000-15,000 steps a day. I'll also do quick body weight workout in the hotel room, things like pushups planks and squats
