But to help you fit exercise into your schedule between gym hours, check out these simple exercises that can be performed almost anywhere - from the plane to the train.

Dr. Jackie Mills

The person heading the Les Mills Nutrition Project is Dr. Jackie Mills. Jackie is a specialist in nutritional medicine, an obstetrician as well as being a general medical practitioner. Having practiced nutritional medicine for 25 years, Jackie is also the Chief Creative Officer at Les Mills International where she's responsible for the development of the Les Mills exercise programs. 

Diana Archer-Mills

Les Mills Nutrition contributor, Diana is the daughter of Phillip and Jackie Mills. Diana is the Creative Director for Les Mills BODYCOMBAT®, BODYJAM®, BODYPUMP® and RPM®. On top of being a Creative Director, Diana is also Co-Program Director for Les Mills BODYBALANCE®. When Diana isn't at work you'll find her in the kitchen - "I love cooking for people. Feed 'em up and then send 'em to the gym - that's my motto."

Olivia Scott - The Raw Kitchen

In 2013 Olivia founded The Raw Kitchen, a raw food company based in Auckland, New Zealand. She co-founded Well+Good Juice with her partner in 2015, and released her cookbook, The Raw Kitchen, in early 2016. She is currently completing her Diploma in Nutrition in anticipation of opening her clinic early 2017. Olivia is a keen yogi, and passionate about balance, holistic healing and self love.
