We've been tinkering away on a new look for our website. You can still do all the things you could on our old site, they might just look a little different. Read on to find out how to log in to the Member Portal, view the timetable and book classes, and much more.

LOGGING IN


We've kept this one pretty simple for you - to log in to the site, click 'LOGIN' in the top right-hand corner. From there you'll be taken to the LOGIN page where you need to enter your Les Mills Member ID and password - they'll be the same ones you've used to log in currently.




Then you'll be taken to your Member Portal, where you can find a bunch of useful things. 


  • Your Bookings - any classes you've booked through the timetable on the website or app will show up here. If you can no longer make the class you can cancel from here too.
  • Your Goals - you can add or change your fitness goals here, or just view them to remind yourself to keep pushing at the club!
  • General Terms - view the general terms of your Les Mills membership.
  • Your Account - When you click on 'My Account' on the menu at the top of the page you'll find useful things like your Les Mills ID, your contact information, emergency contact details and Pause options. You can update your email address, change your account password, pay your account and apply for a Pause. If you want to change your postal address, phone number, or any other details - chat to the friendly reception team the next time you're at the club.



TIMETABLE


On mobile


Note: we recommend using our app for all of your timetable needs, however, if you're not an app user, you can use our mobile website.

 

  1. Click the menu button in the top left-hand corner.
  2. Select 'Timetable' from the menu.
  3. Choose your club from the dropdown list.
  4. Browse the timetable by scrolling down. You can filter by trainer and class and navigate across the week by using the arrows.



On desktop

 

  1. Select 'Timetable' from the navigation menu at the top of the website.
  2. Choose your club from the dropdown list.
  3. Browse the timetable below. You can add multiple clubs, trainers and classes to refine the timetable.
  4. You can book and cancel classes from here if you're logged in to the site.
