With the latest Smart Parking app update, some of your details may have been cleared from your profile. Please check your vehicle registration and payment information is complete to be able to activate free member parking. See step 2 below to find out how.
There's also been a small change to the way you use the Smart Parking app.
1. Open the Smart parking app as you usually would and select the level you're parking on i.e. L1.
2. Check that your vehicle and payment details are complete.
3. You will no longer see the 'Les Mills Member' pop-up here - instead just enter your parking bay number i.e. 110.
4. Tap 'Park Until' and then select 'Les Mills Membership' for your 90 minutes of free parking.
